Lauren Luthringer

Born in France, Laurence (also knows as Lauren) is a naturally active person, from the age of six she became involved with dance, ranging from classical through to modern and jazz. For her, being fit and flexible are important aspects of being able to enjoy life to the fullest.

 

Having always had a passion for fitness and movement, she became a qualified personal trainer and a Pilates instructor with both French and Australian qualification.  Coming from a dance background, posture, balance and core became for her an integral part of life.

 

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Pilates is for you as it improves and aids in the development of core strength, body and breath awareness and flexibility. Following the philosophy of Joseph Pilates, her classes are a combination of strengthening and stretching that can work well for everybody.

 

With a degree in psychology, she has a great interest in people’s motivation, attitude and behaviour and her goal is to help people bring out the best in themselves.

Classes are specifically designed for women in their 2nd & 3rd trimester, focusing on full body strength and increasing fitness, whilst working in an environment that offers the appropriate modifications for all levels of experience and stages of pregnancy, with a fully qualified instructor.
