Pip Johnson

Throughout her life, Pip has been trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance, completing a Bachelor of Creative Arts Dance at the Wesley Institute in 2005. This lead to a career in dance teaching, prior to her becoming a Certified Stott Pilates instructor in 2010. Over the last couple of years Pip has also developed her skills by teaching specialty groups of pre-natal pilates and mums and bubs pilates.

For Pip, Pilates was an integral part of her dance training as it helped her to achieve good postural alignment and overall strength. She believes that Pilates is a complimentary addition to any fitness program and is fantastic for injury management and prevention. She highly recommends Pilates classes to anyone wanting a toned and flexible body.

  • For students with some understanding of the Pilates method

  • Pilates Mat Beginner l 6 week course
  • For students with no previous Pilates experience - all students welcome!

  • Pre-Natal Pilates l 6 week course
  • Classes are specifically designed for women in their 2nd & 3rd trimester, focusing on full body strength and increasing fitness, whilst working in an environment that offers the appropriate modifications for all levels of experience and stages of pregnancy, with a fully qualified instructor.
