Many organisations have a one-sided approach to work/life balance. Too often this approach is on adopting organisational policies, benefits and procedures that attempt to solve the problem at a whole-of-organisation level. Although helpful, this approach overlooks the critical fact: at its core, work/life balance is more an individual issue that affects the organisation than it is an organisational issue that affects the individual.
Our aim is to empower individuals to become more productive within the workplace through education and practical applications, and by taking personal responsibility for enhancing their well being within a supportive organisational culture.
