The personal attention and individually designed practise of a private session is ideal for the absolute beginner to advanced student, to help with a specific area of interest or aid in injury maintenance and recovery. Or just to have more hands on attention and understanding.
We work with you to find a day and time that works well. Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, our studio, or another location of your choice.
Each class is designed specifically for you, and will focus on exercises for your body type, taking into consideration your fitness level, stress level, and your personal health and goals.

Get the benefit of individual attention in a small group session. Semi-private classes are for 4 - 6 students giving you greater access to your instructor.
Ideal for groups of friends, family and workmates that would like to practise together, allowing you to rapidly feel confident with the basics, or fine-tune and advance your current practice.

Please note Cancellation Fees do apply for all Private & Semi Private Tuition. No charge for Cancellations made 2 days prior to appointment. 50% charge for cancellations made 24 - 48 hours prior to appointment. Full price charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours.
