WHO WE ARE

We believe in an individual approach. For some people it will be the discipline and practice of Yoga and for some it will be the practice of Pilate’s. What ever you choose, we offer you the commitment of our fully qualified professional teachers – all in an environment that will nurture your progress.

Our teachers are deeply committed to their practice and are trained to the highest industry standards. They are at ease working with groups; individuals or individual needs with in groups and are adept and willing to work with injury and other special needs. Our teachers pursue a personal practice daily and we seek out ongoing regularly training, as is in keeping with the traditional Iyengar Yoga lineage and the teachings of Joseph Pilates.

As the name Yoga To Go suggests, what you gain stays with you long after you’ve rolled up your mat and stepped back to the outside world.

Yoga To Go offers: regular Yoga and Pilates mat classes, Specialist Workshops and Yoga Intensives , Yoga Retreats held locally and internationally, Corporate programmes , an extensive range of Massage treatments and Private tuition in Yoga and Pilates.

The more regular the practice, the quicker the benefits will appear. A regular practice can be as little as once a week or as often as once a day.
