Robyn was introduced to yoga 15 years ago and it became an integral part of her life and daily practice more recently. Although she has practiced and studied various yoga methods over the years and is grateful for the journey she has taken with them, Iyengar yoga is the methodology she now practices, deeply studies and teaches.
Robyn’s yoga practice has enriched her life and is a constant support through times of physical, mental and emotional challenge. In line with her methodology, Robyn’s classes focus on developing strength and stamina, flexibility and balance, concentration and meditation. Ultimately, Robyn hopes to inspire students through her teaching so that they go on to discover the depth of the practice themselves.
As well as being a Yoga Teacher, Robyn is a Mother and Human Resources professional.

Iyengar Yoga Beginner l 6 week course
The course begins with the basic foundation postures (asana), over the 6 weeks; new poses are introduced while understanding of existing ones are deepened. The primary focus is on imparting a solid grounding and correct alignment in the postures. Ideal for those with no previous experience with yoga, or who have had an extended break from practice.
Iyengar Yoga Beginner 2 l 12 week course
This course is designed to be a transitional course between beginners and Level 1, it is ideal for those students who have Yoga experience and are not quite ready to delve into a Level 1 class.
