Our Classes, Workshops and Retreats are centred on bringing about positive change for the individual as well as the community. We have Yoga and Pilates classes that are for the absolute beginner, experienced practitioner and everyone in between.
The best results and benefits come from a consistent and ongoing practice so most of our classes are offered in blocks of 6 or 12-week courses. Attending a course also enables you to progressively learn and notice any improvements.
While Yoga and Pilates are similar in many ways, they are two separate and individual modalities – and each have their own philosophies and specific points of focus and development. If you have done Pilates before but never tried Yoga, we recommend joining a Beginners class first, and vice versa.
If you’re not sure which level or course might be right for you - give us a buzz on 02 9569 0872.

There are three levels of Yoga or Pilates classes available at our studio:
Beginners - for students who are brand new or have limited previous experience with practicing either Yoga or Pilates. Beginner level classes cover the basics and aim to set the foundations for a strong and steady practice.
General - for students who have been regularly attending Beginners level classes for at least 3 - 6 months* or who are returning to either Yoga or Pilates after an extended break and want a refresher. These classes aim to build further confidence in the poses, refine the techniques and in our Yoga classes; introduce inverted Yoga poses and back bends.
Experienced – for students who have been regularly attending General level classes for approximately 1 - 2 years*. These classes aim to build resilience and strength, and in our Yoga classes; explore inverted Yoga poses and back bends that have a greater degree of difficulty.
Students at this level are often working towards developing a steady home practice and have an interest in studying the philosophies of either Yoga or Pilates.
*please speak to your yoga or Pilates teacher if you’re thinking of changing levels. If you have done Pilates before but never tried yoga, we recommend joining a Beginners class first, and vice versa.
