Yoga To Go Studio Classes, Workshops and Retreats are centered on bringing about positive change for the individual as well as for the community. They are ideal for the absolute beginner, the experienced practitioner and everyone in between.
We believe that for the best results come from consistent and ongoing practice this is why most of our classes are offered as course classes.
All course classes run progressively building on the chosen discipline, the more regular the practice the quicker the benefits will appear.

Beginners Yoga - Ideal for those with no previous experience with yoga - all students welcome!
Beginner 2 Yoga - Ideal for students transitioning between beginners and Level 1, or who have had an extended break from practice or need a bit of a refresher.
Level 1 Yoga - Classes are ideal for students wishing to develop further confidence in the postures, refine techniques in foundation poses and introduce additional inverted postures and back bends. Minimum 6 months regular Iyengar Yoga practice is advised.
Level 2 Yoga - Classes focus on building resilience and strength. Students are introduced to inverted postures and backward bends that have a greater degree of difficulty. Self-practice is encouraged at this level, as is an understanding of the deeper meaning of Yoga.
Open Yoga Classes - Suitable for students with a minimum of 6 month Iyengar Yoga experience.
Pilates Beginner - For students with no previous Pilates experience - all students welcome!
Pilates Beg/ Int - For students with some understanding of the Pilates method, who may not be a beginner and are not quite ready to progress into an Intermediate class.
Pilates Intermediate - For students who have a minimum of 12 months consistent Pilates experience.
Pre-Natal Pilates - Classes are specifically designed for women in their 2nd & 3rd trimester, focusing on full body strength and increasing fitness, whilst working in an environment that offers the appropriate modifications for all levels of experience and stages of pregnancy, with a fully qualified instructor.
Yoga for Kids - Suitable for children aged 5-11, offering the opportunity to be introduced to Yoga in a fun, supportive and non-competitive environment, allowing them to develop a greater sense of body awareness, focus, attention, relaxation and quietening of the senses. Students will be introduced to the exploration of postures through the use of story-telling, games and more.
Yoga for Teens - Suitable for Teenagers 12 years +. Students will learn the foundations of asana in a class setting specifically designed for teenagers, assisting in balancing and nourishing the body systems, build confidence, improve posture, strength and address the needs of teenagers in a non-competitive and supportive environment.
Yoga for Seniors 60+ – Classes are appropriately adapted to meet the needs of seniors by use of props and modifications. Special consideration is given to limited mobility and joint problems, specific to the need of students. Ideal for those with no previous experience with yoga and for those that have previous experience. Classes are conducted in a supportive and caring environment.
Pre-Natal Yoga - This class offers a specialised program for women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy. The program will help your body adjust to the rapid physical changes taking place, while cultivating a warm environment where you can explore the emotional changes of approaching motherhood. No previous yoga experience necessary.
