Integrity Trial

Our Friends at The George Institute for Global Health and The University of New South Wales, are running a 20-week Intergenerational Program to evaluate whether bringing pre-school aged children and adults (aged 65+) together, to engage in meaningful and fun activities, can improve health and wellbeing outcomes for all! You may be familiar with the ABC series “Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds.” This is similar to the type of programs they are running, but now for adults living in the community.

They are partnered with a number of preschools across the Inner West, and currently have increased capacity for older adults to get involved soon! Through this project they are aiming to increase an understanding of how these types of programs can uniquely support the positive development and healthy ageing of children and older adults alike.

If you are an older adult aged 65 years or older and living independently, and would like to get involved you can find out more HERE https://www.georgeinstitute.org/projects/intergenerational-intervention-to-reduce-frailty-trial-integrity
