Going on retreat gives you the opportunity to take time out from the day to day, and allows you to immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of nature, be nourished with delicious vegetarian meals, and reconnecting with yourself and your yoga practice.

Join Romina Sesto for a 3-day Yoga Retreat at Awaba that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Awaba Retreat is located just 90km North of Sydney in Palmdale, and is set on 22 acres surrounded by gardens and natural bush lands.  The retreat facilities include a range of single and shared rooms, swimming pool, spa and walking trails through the surrounding natural bush. With a fully dedicated and equipped on site Yoga Studio.

Delicious, fresh and healthy vegetarian meals will be provided using locally sourced seasonal organic produce where possible, prepared daily on site.
